How long does the house alarm backup battery last?
All our smart home security touchscreen panels have 24Hr backup in the event of power failure. You will only need to do battery changes every 3 - 5 years depending on usage and our remote engineer team will be on hand to support you when doing the change.
Do these smart house alarms need servicing?

How do I set up my alarm on my phone?
You will need to download the alarm.com app and use the login details provided by our team
How do I turn off the house alarm during power cut?
Your smart home security touchscreen panel has back up battery and back up sim card cell so you can turn it off as normal via the app or keypad.
Can thieves hack and disable your house alarm system?
We have banking level encryption built into all our systems so hacking in is extremely unlikely and we also use a software feature called crash and smash so for example if a thief attempts to break the panel the software will know this and continue to alert you and the monitoring station even if the panel is smashed.
